MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

Please complete this application to begin the process of becoming a member of the Fellowship of Christian Puppeteers. For group memberships, please provide a group leader's information.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your application to process before you're eligible to receive member benefits, including a discount to National Conference. You may also register for conference and join at the same time to automatically receive the discount.

There is a processing fee of $1 collected at the time of registration. Dues may be paid online or via check. Online payments include a 4% credit card processing fee. Check payments can take up to 2 weeks to process.
